Black Sage Bundle/ Artemisia Vulgaris (Large)

Also known as Mugwort. It is great for introspection & inner healing. Burned before bedtime, it aids in restful sleep & pleasant dreams. Used for astral travel, shamanic journeying & visions, & protection against evil spirits. It purifies & strengthens divination & meditation & pulls one’s consciousness into other realms. A great insect repellent.

Instructions:

1-3 leaves recommended at a time. Apply flame approximately 10-15 seconds. Let burn 5 seconds, then fan flame out. Use shell/bowl to catch ashes. Briskly distribute white smoke to cleanse. Ventilate space by opening windows. It is normal to turn off sometimes. Simply relight. Snuff out leaves when done. Reuse as needed.
